Responsibilities:

• Conduct UAT, document and organise the test results, and communicate the findings to both IT and business stakeholders for rectification and verification.
• Follow up on any defects identified during UAT and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Develop business user stories, test plans, and test cases based on the defined test scope and sprints.
• Support project management activities, including project scoping, task scheduling, progress monitoring, issue management, and escalation to ensure projects are delivered within the set time-frame.

Requirements:

• Candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as a BA in an insurance company setting.
• Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and user story translation.
• Knowledge of new business and UAT participation.
• Proficient in report generation and data validation.
• Problem-solving and incident handling abilities.
• Organisational and teamwork skills.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
