Responsibilities:

• Support the PTW and ESAR administrator by reviewing and responding to applications from both internal and external users.
• Work with the vendor to enhance and streamline PTW and ZSMS system.
• Perform regular inspections of IT data center equipment and facilities.
• Assess the capability of racks for equipment allocation and move in.
• Maintain the IT equipment inventory, along with supporting documents, diagrams and DCIM.
• Provision cabling for the installation of new equipment.

Requirements:

• DSE / Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
• 2 year or above IT/ related experience
• Can work under pressure and independently
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Team player, self-motivated, communication skills and hard-working
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
