ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experienced in balayage and colouring techniques
• Proficiency in hair perming
• A proven track record of delivering bespoke hair colour services tailored to individual client needs
• Maintaining the highest standards of salon hygiene and cleanliness
• Collaborating with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Staying abreast of the latest techniques in hair colouring
• The ability to provide clients with an in-depth colour consultation, as part of the signature experience at Rossano Ferretti.
• Demonstrable experience as a colourist, specifically in balayage
• An established clientele base..

• Excellent communication skills in English

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant working experience in sizeable luxury / large-scale hair salon is preferred
• Proven experience as a hairstylist and colourist, with a strong portfolio showcasing various haircuts, styles, and colouring techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of different hair types, textures, and chemical processes, as well as the ability to recommend appropriate treatments and solutions.
• Proficiency in a wide range of hairstyling techniques, including cutting, blow-drying, curling, straightening, and updos.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and appointments while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Attention to detail and precision in hairstyling and colouring techniques.
• Proficient in Chinese and English, fluency in foreign languages is an advantage.
