What you’ll be doing…

As an Assistant Client Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of due diligence projects and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. You will work closely with the operation divisions to provide exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about due diligence and client relationship management to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.
 

A Day of Your Life

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of due diligence projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and documentation, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports, summaries, and presentations based on project findings.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Foster strong client relationships by providing proactive and responsive support, anticipating their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, analysts, and compliance professionals, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to due diligence and incorporate them into daily workflow.

 

 What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in the commercial industry or a similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of client servicing processes and methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong mindfulness and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • A proactive and initiative-taking mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
