This world leading organization is consistently expanding their business in HK, the unique, world-class company is now recruiting this position to join one of their business functions.

We are seeking for candidates with solid experience in overseeing end-to-end management and planning of mega events.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all elements of event productions
• Responsible for event planning, operations and logistics management
• Liaise and coordinate with multiple parties including internal team, vendors and external agencies to understand event objectives and ensure seamless event logistics
• Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing and promotional strategies to drive attendance and enhance event visibility.
• Evaluate event success and collect feedback from attendees, clients, and internal teams for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 2 years' experience in event management/production
• Event agencies background is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules
