Job Description

• Form 5 / Diploma or above, preferably in property / facility management or other relevant disciplines
• At least one year’s experience in property / facility management, preferably in government buildings; or a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in security services
• Well organized, independent & hard-working
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Customer oriented and with pleasant personality
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Possessing valid first-aid certificate, AED certificate is preferable
• PMP (Tier 2) Licence holder is preferred
• Shift duty is required
• Working location: Ta Kwu Ling
