Job description:

Working as part of an 10-strong Marketing team and under the supervision of the Marketing Director, he/she is responsible for designing new products or updating old ones, considering current tastes in the segments for which he/she is responsible. He/she then follows up the launch of the products on the market. In particular, he/she is responsible for:

- Product design with the development teams, purchasing department and quality department of the Hong Kong subsidiary,

- Creation of packaging, cosmetic products, and instructions manual for use,

- Validation of licensed products with licensor,

- Creation of sales support tools (product sheets, sales training, videos, etc.),

- Preparing for international trade shows,

- Marketing support for European sales teams,

- Competitive intelligence and market needs analysis

- Building product ranges after analyzing market positioning.

Profile:

- Business School and / or University Master

- 2 years’ experience desirable.

- Taste for teamwork, inquisitive and creative mind.

- Rigor and interest in the world of multimedia and/or children would be a plus.

- Mastery of the world of marketing, particularly digital marketing.

- Availability, dynamism, negotiation and persuasion skills. International outlook.

- Fluency in French is a must.

Depending of the candidate experience, the role of assistant product manager will be considered.
