Responsibilities:

• Conduct EHS work tasks (implementing of procedures & working instructions, conducting inspection, preparing of EHS monitoring, conduct risk assessment and safety investigation)
• Develop, review and implement the requirements and procedures on occupational health & safety and environmental protection system
• Take the lead of EHS project and promote the Company’s EHS policies and market best practices in our workplaces and fleet operations
• Design and execute EHS activities including promotion, training, health assurance programs and personal protection programs to increase operations’ awareness on EHS subjects
• Conduct EHS audits to ensure operational compliance with a risk-based approach, advise and monitor the operation team to follow all EHS relevant matters
• Conduct risk assessment and provide recommendations to mitigate the potential risks associated
• Investigate the EHS related incidents to determine root cause and propose corrective action plans and share knowledge with operations managers/ supervisors
• Responsible for EHS data consolidation, analysis, review and report writing
• Lead the implementation and verification of ISO14001, ISO45001 and other EHS Management Systems
• Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the EHS Management team

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or Master degree in environmental, health & safety discipline or equivalent
• Registered Safety Officer (RSO)
• Internal auditor of ISO 45001 & 14001
• 3-5 years EHS related working experience in managerial position, preferably in manufacturing or beverage industry
• Proven experience in the implementation and management of health & safety programs
• Proficiency in risk assessment and incident investigation
• Good experience in writing policies and procedures for health & safety
• Good knowledge in conducting data analysis and reporting statistic
• Strong sense of responsibility with excellent interpersonal, organizational and project management skills
• Excellent knowledge of local safety regulation
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing, Power BI will be in advantage
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
