Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite IT user support for the school, including head office, subsidiaries and kindergartens. 
• Provide day-to-day computer hardware and software configurations, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Provide AV support for meetings.
• Performs help desk duties and provides high-quality services to end users in a timely manner, including general support for education software, APPs and hardware.
• Manage and work with appointed vendors on IT support issues.  
• Carry out procurement of IT-related items and maintain the asset registry for IT hardware and licensed software.
• Provide end-user training on IT-related items.
• Provide support on other IT-related tasks as assigned.
• Work together with the staff of school to provide advice on how to utilize IT in an education environment.
• Required to work offsite and overtime once or twice per week.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or related disciplines with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Support experience is required in the following:
  • Windows 10 
  • Apple Mac, iPad
  • Apple Apps management (MDM) and installation
  • Google / O365 general administration 
  • AV management and support
• Familiar with MS Office, Antivirus, machine image software and other general office automation software 
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Good command of written and spoken English is a must.
  • Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a fast learner.
