Job Description

The University now invites application for the following position:
Responsibilities:
- provide executive support for programme administration and secretarial support for the Department;
- assist in the planning and execution of programme-related activities, including admission exercises, promotional events, and student activities;
- facilitate the implementation of Department-related academic activities, including seminars, workshops, and conferences; and
- handle enquiries and liaise with various stakeholders.
Applicants should:
- possess a recognized bachelor’s degree and have at least 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the education sector;
- be proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
- possess good interpersonal and communication skills;
- have social media platforms and website management skills;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- be a fast learner, a good team player and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
The appointee is expected to assume duty in August 2024. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
