Responsibilities:

Provide hotline support to internal users

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users
• Maintain accurate hardware, software inventory, and network topology diagrams
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, file servers, and print servers
• Provide support for PC cloning, video conferencing, Windows operating systems, MS Office, and Outlook
• Monitor data backup and recovery operations

Requirements: 

• Hold a diploma or higher in IT/Computer Science.
• Proficient in daily maintenance and troubleshooting of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with others.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
