You will be responsible for being a Field Service Engineer - Medical Device that providing service support and maintenance as well as strategically managing the treatment solutions service operations.

Our client is a multinational medical device company supporting the global health-care community, they are looking for a high calibre to join the team as Service Engineer - Medical Device.

Description

• To provide installation, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance services of medical equipment in Hong Kong & Macau
• Providing remote and on-site service support and maintenance for company products
• Ensure proper use of tool & testing equipment and report the usage on any related service report
• Collaborate with service team and application specialist to ensure product and service quality achievement to ensure product and service quality achievement
• Liaise with various functional co-workers to support customers
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in in Electrical/ Biomedical Engineering or Science related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year of field service operation experience
• Able to lift and move heavy machinery
• Independent, highly motivated, strong sense of responsibility
• Good technical/analytical skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills, to provide high-quality care and attention to details
