Key Accountabilities   

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:


Reporting (80%)

  • Prepare and monitor the preparation of staff performance and staff productivity reports as required within time line
  • To maintain and follow up proper update on staff and related account records, general store supplies record, staff materials record including mobile and others as needed
  • To maintain and follow up proper update and record on all store expenses and payment
  • To prepare and monitor the preparations of reports on store sales performance and KPI for store management team as required within time line
     

General Duties (20%)

  • Perform general office duties and assist Administrative Supervisor / Executive Secretary / Secretary in office administration and day to day work assignment to Receptionist as required
  • Handle and monitoring the daily PO Receiving and Matching particular in BNW BU with necessary process completed by agreed timeline.
  • Handle and maintain system update on merchandise inventory level such as stock deliveries, transfers, RTV, and write off etc.
  • Arrange stock-take preparations, stock-take support and follow up on stock-take adjustment as required within time line
  • Prepare the petty cash ledger, temporary staff payment and staff incentive payout as required
  • Assist the handle of administration role in HR system include leave admin as required
  • Work with other departments, such as HR, IT and Finance, on store issue if necessary
  • Prepare documentation with HR on VM staff issues and handle necessary administrative role in HR system as required
  • Follow up on VM invoices payment with different departments of VM team, store offices and Finance as required
  • Handle ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles, preferably in Retail industry, but not a must.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and ability to meeting.
  • Strong numerical sense, analytical and reporting skill.
  • Proficient in MS office, especially in Excel. Knowledge in using various formula will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
