Job Description
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and requests for information in a timely manner.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices and other programme materials to local schools.
- Manage the class schedule and follow up with our customers and instructors efficiently.
- Provide daily office administrative, inventory and logistics support.
Requirements
- 1 year’ work experience in CS, sales administrator, operations coordinator or related fields.
- Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, well-organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service manner and relationship builder with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good acknowledge in MS office & Chinese Word Processing.
- Flexibility to work outside usual hours (Mon-Fri 9:30-18:30) once in a while as needed.
