Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of the site team's work, including planning, coordination, tracking, recording, and reporting.
2. Responsible for monitoring the coordination and preparation of CSD/SEM, and inspecting and measuring the site works, preparing inspection reports.
3. Responsible for supervising the work of Designated Contractors and Interfacing Contractors, inspecting against drawings and interface documents, and taking site photos for records.
4. Responsible for coordinating and resolving conflicts between various stakeholders, ensuring smooth information exchange, access, delivery, storage, installation, etc.
5. Prepare daily progress reports, including site progress, labor, constraints, safety and quality issues, etc.
6. Assist the Project Manager in site measurements, inspections, testing and commissioning.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline, with at least 7 years of large-scale project site management experience.
2. Familiar with the construction process and management requirements of metro or railway projects, with extensive site coordination and problem-solving abilities.
3. Good communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
4. Capable of independent thinking and rapid problem-solving, proficient in using Office, CAD, and other common software.
5. Good teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility, able to withstand heavy work pressure.
6. Well verse of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
