Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Accounting Manager and supervise the team in performing daily accounting functions 
• Handle general accounts tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end closing 
• Facilitate communication between various departments 
• Oversee daily Accounts Payable transactions
• Participate in the preparation of monthly journals, financial reports, inter-company reconciliations, bank reconciliations, expense schedules, and analysis
• Prepare and assist supervisors in preparing monthly audit schedules and follow up on appropriate actions 
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports and provide financial analysis to management
• Perform business and financial analysis, budget control and forecasting 
• Coordinate with auditors for external and internal audits
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and fulfil any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree in finance/accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills
• Proficiency in using MS applications, including advanced Excel skills
• Mature, good communication skills, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Positive work attitude and ability to work under pressure as a team player
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Accounting Officer
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics O365 is a plus
• Immediate availability is preferred
