We are searching for high-caliber Project Officers/ Senior Project Officers  to work in a back-office IT project team in a Major Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the project managers.
• Assist Project Manager in updating project plans, budgets and work schedules.
• Coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders, including vendors and business units.
• Arrange regular progress meetings.
• Prepare management progress reports and Excel reports for the managers.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or other related discipline.
• Familiar with MS Excel & Word and Chinese word processing.
• Good communications skills in English and Chinese.
