Job Description
Join our team at Monogic as a Digital Marketing Executive and contribute to the promotion and growth of some of the most exciting food & beverage brands in Hong Kong and Singapore. If you possess a minimum of 1 year of experience managing digital/programmatic ads on Google, Instagram and Facebook in an agency environment, and if you are enthusiastic about the food and beverage industry and eager to showcase your skills, this is an ideal opportunity for you. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, display networks, and email marketing
- Set up digital marketing & attribution infrastructure for clients
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages that align with clients' goals and target audience
- Regularly communicate and share digital reports with clients, providing insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and metrics
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Participate in team strategy sessions to brainstorm innovative ideas and approaches to optimize digital marketing efforts and achieve better results
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to suggest new strategies and techniques for improving campaign efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring proper allocation and optimization of funds to achieve maximum ROI
- Provide assistance to the wider team in executing marketing strategies, coordinating deliverables, and supporting overall campaign objectives
- Stay informed about changes in digital marketing platforms, algorithms, and policies, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain optimal campaign performance
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed to enhance digital marketing initiatives and leverage additional resources or expertise.
Qualifications
- Passionate about Food & Beverage industry
- University graduate, with a degree in marketing or similar fields
- 1+ years of agency programmatic advertising experience
- Excellent command of English (written skills in Cantonese and Mandarin a plus)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and a drive for excellence
