In pursuit of future growth, Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited is looking for a sophisticated team of Financial Services and Branch Operations Specialists. The program will enable high-caliber individuals to develop and pursue their career ladder in professional retail banking sector.

We are looking for those who possess the following qualities:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5; Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 4 with less than 2 years’ working experience will be considered;
• Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4) will be an advantage;
• Mature, customer-oriented, with good communication skill;
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Fresh university graduates and IANG visa’s graduates are welcome.

During the trainee program, the trainees will undergo an intensive development program, including business orientation program, structured classroom training and comprehensive on-the-job training. After completion of the program, you will be deployed to the designated team (Operations / Sales) of our Retail Banking’s Branches for further development.
