Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the handling of customer enquiries via phone, email and social media in a professional manner
  • Implement the customer experience initiatives and tools to monitor the customer satisfaction from multi-channels
  • Handle complaint cases and internal communications to resolve the issues raised by customers and able to provide suggestions to improve
  • Report findings from customer surveys and work with retail sites to ensure rectification plan in place to improve customer satisfaction
  • Work on regular business reports for useful business insights
  • Assist in any ad-hoc project when necessary by Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Sales & Marketing, Hotel, Catering & Tourism, or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience
  • Good problem solving skill with strong sense of customer focus
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, good command of Mandarin is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and follow-through initiatives
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Officer
