Your Mission:

We are a global investment group with offices in Hong Kong, China, London, Dubai, Romania, Philippines, India and USA.

 

What you'll do:

- Handle month-end and year-end process (financial statements, reconciliations)

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Oversee the posting of and monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable

- Verify commissions payable to services providers and also by clients

- Manage clients and suppliers payables and receivables

- Monitoring spending and creating budgets

- Handle tax reporting

- Using financial modelling to simulate potential scenarios

- Performing financial analysis on the company to predict financial health

- Finding ways to reduce costs and increase profits

- Collaborating with management to create funding strategies

- Supervise four difference teams in finance 

- Oversee a company's payroll and book-keeping system

- Prepare the reports for investors

- Ad-hoc task assigned by directors

What you'll need:

- Degree or above in Accountancy or Finance with Professional accounting / Finance Analyst qualifications from recognized accounting bodies, e.g. HKICPA, ACCA

- Minimum 10 years of working experience in accounting with 8 years in a supervisory role is preferred

- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and IFRS

- Ability to work to deadlines with high level of attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties

- Experience supervising, mentoring and coaching junior team-members
