The role will oversee various aspects of marketing, including brand building, marketing campaigns, media management, digital marketing, and product development. Roles & responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns include generating creative concepts, messaging strategies and selecting appropriate marketing channels to reach out target audiences
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales revenue to capture sales and market share growth
- Support on new product development by identifying market gaps, conducting market research, collaborating with all stakeholders to conceptualize and develop new products, creating marketing strategies for product launch and ensuring smooth execution of launch activities
- Ensure monthly spending of all marketing functions aligns with the planned budget
- Work with agencies to execute advertising and media plan, to be in line with the overall brand proposition
- Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned
What will make you successful
- Minimum 2 years experiences in brand management and building brand equity, preferably in FMCG or healthcare industries with multi-category products
- Familiarize with digital marketing platforms and tools
- With experiences in new product development or product lifecycle management would be an added advantage
- Good problem solving skills; Proactive and positive to change, with good analytical mind
- Knowledgeable in consumer research and market data analysis
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin)
