We are expanding our Professional Service Team in different solutions area, including Digital Workspace, Cloud & Digital Transformation, Cyber Security and Data Management & Analysis. You will be part of the Professional Service Team to support our customers to make the project success.

Job Summary: 

The Infrastructure System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our clients' IT infrastructure. This includes ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of systems deployed for customer projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure management, with experience in cloud platforms, virtualization, and automation, and a keen understanding of the unique needs of a diverse client base.

Your Job Duties:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure for client projects, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for various client needs.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability and reliability for customer systems.
• Implement and manage virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) for scalable client solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure management (using tools like Ansible, Terraform).
• Ensure the security of client infrastructures by implementing best practices and conducting regular security audits.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand their infrastructure needs and provide customized solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure and processes for client use.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure offerings for clients.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role in infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python).
• Excellent understanding of network protocols, firewall management, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with Windows Server and Active Directory (AD).
• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems, including configuration and administration.
• Knowledge of networking principles and technologies.
• Familiarity with security best practices and tools.
