Job Descriptions

• Provide support to day-to-day store operations.
• Perform sales analysis and prepare retail reports regularly.
• Coordinate sales and promotion activities with Marketing team.
• Work closely with warehouse team for merchandise allocation, inventory control, stock replenishment, stock take and delivery issues, etc.
• Provide support to customer services.
• Responsible for store opening and closing, and other maintenance coordination.
• Responsible for external communications with property team and leasing team of malls.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher diploma holder in any disciplines.
• Experience in sales administration is an advantage.
• Experience in fashion retail industry is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Able to work independently.
• Polite, humble, with good communication skills is a must.
