Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement graphic and motion visual content, encompassing various mediums such as e-shop, retail, packaging, video, brochures, leaflets, posters, advertisements, social media, and website visuals
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and oversee photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring proper retouching of images and editing of video clips
• Obtain quotations for materials production, ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Foster close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to craft creative concepts, translating them into design layouts and delivering final outputs for diverse campaigns and programs
• Manage and organize creative assets
• Undertake additional projects as assigned, handling them with flexibility and adaptability

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Graphics/Multimedia Design or a related field. A degree holder with relevant academic qualifications will be advantageous
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a digital and/or creative agency, or as an in-house graphic designer
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other related graphic design software. Video editing skills are a bonus
• A portfolio that showcases strong visualizing and conceptualizing abilities
• Creative, self-motivated, responsible, polite, and possess good interpersonal communication skills. Able to work independently and under pressure
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision, particularly in an NGO environment
• Possesses digital and printing knowledge, along with effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Cantonese and a good command of English
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Graphic Designer
