PHASE 3: Handle task on your own with guidance by coach

PHASE 4: Congratulations for the passing out!


Your Career journey:

Trainee -> Officer -> Senior Officer -> Supervisor -> Managerial level

The Role

• Prepare flight plan package including Flight Plan, NOTAM and weather information of enroute /destination/ alternates for the assigned flight and perform flight crew briefing
• Provide flight operation and aircrew administration services

The Person

• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Sensitive to figures and detail-minded
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Great degree of flexibility and able to work independently in compliance with proper procedure
• Willing to perform shift duty and overtime work in the airport
