Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the rights and properties of inventories are complete at supply chain.
- Collect and prepare financing application with procurement documents for approval.
- Perform warehousing operations including inventory inbound (goods pledge), outbound (goods redemption), transfer, tracking, registration and etc.
- Correspond with clients, warehouses and transportation hubs to ensure efficiency.
- Familiar with warehouse management software including Cainiao system.
- Conduct regular inventory count and validity checks on pledged inventory.
- Calculate and prepare logistics bills to customers.
- Form standard procedures and organize daily operations for leading and supervising the logistics team in future.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years experiences in supply chain management role, with supply chain financing experience are preferred.
- In-depth knowledge in international logistics, cross border and bonded zone logistics.
- Be familiar with warehousing (including international and domestic logistics) and customs clearance procedures.
- Financial nature related, candidate should complete task to be fast and accurate and beware of the risk on inventory ownership.
- Candidates with experience in handling cosmetics, skincare, health care, maternal and infant products are preferred.
