JOB DUTIES:

• Supporting the technical team in purchasing spare parts & consumables for yachts
• ⁠Keeping record of the technical operating costs, Verification of Invoices
• Arranging and co-ordinating logistics for supplies and service arrangements for yachts
• Maintain up to date records of all yacht Certificates, manuals, drawings & instruction books
• Assist in arranging routine yacht repairs

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in a ship/yacht management, ship/yacht owning company or purchase department. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible, Meticulous and able to work under pressure
• Be fluent in English and Chinese
