Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR and executive teams
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and personnel files
- Process payroll and benefits administration
- Coordinate company events and meetings
- Handle general office administration duties (e.g. ordering supplies, managing calendars)
- Provide customer service to employees and external stakeholders
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative assistant role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems an asset
