Responsibilities:

• Responsible for clerical matters - Data input, prepare and update documents and reports 
• Provide price quoting activities support and rate sheet preparation
• Liaise with both internal and external parties
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by team head/manager

Requirements:

• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiar with PC operations (e.g. MS office, Chinese Word Processing)
• Independent, detail-minded, open-minded and responsible 
• Working Hour: 8:30am - 12:30pm (Mon to Fri)
