With global offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Macau, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Bangkok, we are looking for high caliber candidates to join our HK team located in Kowloon Bay.
Responsibilities:
- To provide full project administration in professional manner
- To liaise with clients / designers and sub-contractors
- To handle document submission and correspondences among clients / designers / sub-contractors
- To support the team of any adhoc matters
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Has experience in construction / interior design / interior contracting company will be an advantage
- Excellent in managing documentation and correspondence
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently and work in fast-paced environment
- Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Competent use of computing software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
