Responsibilities:
 

• Manage accounting operation including full set of accounts in HK, financial reporting & forecasting, AR/AP, month end closing, cash flow projection, budgeting and consolidation
• Preparation of monthly management and cash flow reports  
• Develop and implement improvement on accounting and financial policies and operational processes
• Intercompany account balances reconciliation with group entities.
• Support the team on external auditors, tax filing and preparation of supporting schedules
• Work closely with regional account teams on financial reporting and operational processes and liaise with external auditors, tax, and financial advisors for  accounts, operation and planning
• Work with partners for business and M&A opportunities, and maintain key client accounts 
• Participate in new product and partnership and other ad hoc projects

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified member of ACCA or HKICPA with at least 6 years of relevant account management experience
• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting standards, taxation and other related compliance regulations
• Experience in fintech or IT industry an advantage
• High Integrity and strong business acumen. Self-motivated and with strong leadership, excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Oracle Netsuite/AccPac and excellent in MS Excel is an advantage 
• Good command of  both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putunghua)
