YOUR TASKS
Working location: DHL Central Asia Hub, Chek Lap Kok
Reporting to Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible to provide effective front desk reception through excellent customer service to customers and the general public on queries; provide support and perform administrative duties to maintain normal facility operation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone calls from customers and general public with courtesy and efficiency
- Record and relay any phone messages to the appropriate staff or department concerned
- Attend to general inquiries and visitors at the reception counter and inform the staff concerned on the arrival of any visitors
- Ensure general cleanliness & tidiness of the reception counter
- Receive, sort and register all registered incoming shipments / mails for distribution
- Perform general administration & office duties and provide administrative support to different departments
- Monitor and ensure the readiness of operation and office supplies and equipment, e.g. uniform, copiers and pantry items, etc.
- Coordinate with colleagues on parking arrangement on data collection and record keeping
- Coordinate with external vendors on on-site service arrangement e.g. maintenance and service amendment e.g. shuttle bus schedule
- Coordinate with Tea Lady and User department to arrange Tea Service to Visitors/Guests.
YOUR PROFILE
- Secondary school graduate with English and Chinese passed in HKCEE/ HKDSE
- 2 years’ experience in call center, reception or front desk.
- Independent, mature and reliable, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
