Major duties:

• Collect, sort, and distribute inter-office and general mail;
• Maintain and file personnel technical training records;
• Prepare monthly shift schedule of Production Staffs;
• Maintain daily logs for leaves application for Shift Operation Team;
• Perform other tasks as assigned and requested by Production Manager;
• Assist the preparation of monthly production and equipment downtime report; and 
• Assist the preparation of technical and safety training schedule.

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above;
• Minimum one year's work experience or experience in industrial clerical work;
• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; and
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
