Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new opportunities for store expansion
• Negotiate with landlords about the best terms for new sites and leases renewal
• Conduct market research for recommendations in new locations and market rent
• Keep track of major competitors’ development and movement
• Sustain excellent relationship with landlords and various internal departments
• Support administration and execution of tenancy agreements, other legal contracts and documents
• Coordinate with Store Development Department for sites takeover and handover
• Prepare rental budgets & forecasts, management reports and store proposals for management review
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Department Head

 Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
• 5 years relevant work experience in property leasing and tenancy administration, experience in retail industry is highly preferred
• Strong business network with landlords and property agencies
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and leadership skills
• Good analytical skill with strong business sense
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediately available is preferred
