Job Description

Job Highlights:

  • Handle customers’ enquiries via different channels for the government project
  • Provide quality services to customer

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints via call and email in an efficient and professional manner
  • Provide proactive follow up and quality services
  • Work closely with all parties to ensure effective service to customers
  • Support ad hoc projects to ensure the team runs smoothly
  • Shift duty between 10:00 – 20:00 (45 working hours per week, including weekends & public holiday)
Requirements:
  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above 
  • A good team player and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Detailed-minded, positive thinking and willing to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Executive
