職務 :
- 為顧客提供優質的客戶服務, 解答電話查詢
- 操作電腦, 處理客戶查詢及輸入有關客戶查詢的資料
- 不涉及銷售或客戶推廣工作
職位要求 :
- 中五或香港中學文憑考試以上程度
- 歡迎應屆畢業生/經驗較少者加入, 具備有關客戶服務經驗更佳
- 能操流利廣東話及英語
- 具備良好中文或英文書寫能力
- 懂基本電腦操作, 包括中英文打字
工作地點及時間 :
- 美孚 (鄰近地鐵站)
- 每星期工作42.5小時, 每天8.5小時, 5天工作周
- 星期一至五 9:00-21:00
- 星期六 09:00 – 18:00
- 星期日及公眾假期休息
