Your Job Duties:

• Collaborate with the manager to oversee the media plan and coordinate with vendors for engaging content development.
• Manage content creation for owned media platforms like the website, social media, and direct communication channels.
• Maintain and update brand website content, and prepare promotional materials for various advertising channels.
• Evaluate media performance to enhance efficiency continually.
• Develop direct marketing content in collaboration with copywriters and engage with the CRM team for customer loyalty programs.
• Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with the CRM team to identify target customer attributes and behaviours.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Operation team for in-store communication strategies and materials.

Who We Are Looking For:

• University degree in Marketing & Communication, PR & Advertising, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing communication, especially in digital and social media management
• Advantageous to have experience in the automobile industry
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and organised
• Strong logical thinking and precise communication skills
• Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn
