Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team that delivers exceptional sporting experiences in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our events in various ways, including

• Managing the registrations and enquiry services of some of the largest running events in Hong Kong.

• Coordinating with the registration platform service vendor, to develop and implement the registration platform, enhancing overall registration process and user experience.
  
   
• Ensuring effective database management, including accurate and up-to-date participant information.

• Leading our enquiry team, ensuring effective communication with the participants across various channels, including emails and hotlines, addressing inquiries promptly and providing timely and accurate responses.

• Collaborate and coordinate with event stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the event planning and execution process.
  
   
• Providing logistics support to the event organization, working closely with other team members to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
  
   
• Supporting other local and international sporting events, programs, and campaigns as required.
  
   
• Undertaking any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the event or customer service industry, with solid experiences in managing registrations for large-scale events.
  
   
• Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  
   
• Experience in database management, is highly desirable, with an ability to handle complex database effectively.
  
   
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  
   
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a definite bonus, facilitating efficient data management and analysis.
  
   
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, and event stakeholders in a professional manner.

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Flexible to work on weekends or outside regular office hours.
  
   
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing tasks.

• A collaborative team player who can effectively communicate and work with other team members.
  
   
• Passion for sports and a comprehensive understanding of the running event industry.
