Job Description

Objective Summary

To meet the growing demands and professional standards of the property management service.

Key Responsibilities

  • In charge of the strategic maintenance planning, energy saving and improvement initiatives for the property portfolio in HK, Macau & PRC;
  • Lead a team of Assistant/Technical Managers and other site technical staff to ensure high service standards and to comply with prevailing regulations and statutory requirements:
  • Monitor & review contract-out services and works, and make relevant analysis & recommendation on contract documents & quotations obtained;
  • Review annual maintenance budget and plan for various properties and enforce budgetary control;
  • Diagnose & evaluate potential risks & issues, and propose improvement plans to reduce risk & resolve technical issues;
  • Liaise with various departments within the Group such as Leasing, Property Sales, Group Office Administration, Project & Development;
  • Make feasible recommendations for long-term building facilities improvement & energy saving plan;
  • Assist in executing the KPI on the Company Management System.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Building Services, Building Studies or relevant discipline;
  • Member of related Professional Institutes such as HKIE, RPE, CIBSE
  • Minimum 15 years' experience of solid experience in technical services provided to various types of properties;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure;
  • Sound knowledge of service management principles including service level;
  • Willing to travel to PRC on ad hoc basis.
