• Manage a team to handle cargo in house operation 
• Provide the guidance and training to frontline operator
• Coordinate with different operation unit

Customer Service supervisor (e-commerce)
Job description:

• Handle daily inquiries & complaints from customer
• Provide training and guidance to frontline operators 
• Trace and check the shipment status

Require:

1. College degree or above, 2-3 years of work experience, familiar with computer operation;

2. Those with warehouse on-site management experience are preferred;

3. Have good patience and strong sense of responsibility;

4. Be able to use office software proficiently

5. Good communication skills

6. Hold a valid Hong Kong identity card
