My client is a leading private equity firm in Asia, known for its strong track record and collaborative work culture which Top Listed Property developer is one of their major investors. We are currently seeking a talented junior Compliance Officer to join our team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform AML and KYC review and monitoring
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external counsels on inquiries and ongoing reporting matters for private funds
• Monitor staff dealing activities
• Handle licensing matters and CPT activities
• Stay up to date on regulatory changes, assessing impact and advise management for any implications
• Perform and review regular and ad-hoc compliance checking
• Provide support on ad-hoc projects and tasks

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree holder or above, preferably with a major in Finance, Accounting, Law, or Business Administration
• 2 - 3 years of working experience in an asset management firm, with knowledge of SFC and CIMA rules preferred

• Independent, self-motivated and flexible with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
