RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist the Regional Training and Development Manager in the development of training programme to meet company’s goals 
• Support the planning and design of training materials, sales development initiatives, assessment tools 
• Assist in leading the team to achieve target and KPI, field coaching and training will be required
• Uplift team performance, productivity & effectiveness
• Manage and monitor training budget
• Evaluate, assess and monitor the effectiveness of overall training and audit programs. 
• Assist in different ad-hoc projects Requirements 

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder preferable in Human Resources Management, Training or related disciplines;  
• Around 3-5 years of solid experience in training and development
• Work experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or Customer Service 
• Familiar with training plan formulation and execution
• Additional training certification is a plus
• Good team player
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people 
• Able to work independently and in mobility with minimal supervision
• Passionate on people development and operation
