Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist the Regional Training and Development Manager in the development of training programme to meet company’s goals
- Support the planning and design of training materials, sales development initiatives, assessment tools
- Assist in leading the team to achieve target and KPI, field coaching and training will be required
- Uplift team performance, productivity & effectiveness
- Manage and monitor training budget
- Evaluate, assess and monitor the effectiveness of overall training and audit programs.
- Assist in different ad-hoc projects Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder preferable in Human Resources Management, Training or related disciplines;
- Around 3-5 years of solid experience in training and development
- Work experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or Customer Service
- Familiar with training plan formulation and execution
- Additional training certification is a plus
- Good team player
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
- Able to work independently and in mobility with minimal supervision
- Passionate on people development and operation
