Job Description

• Perform general daily accounting duties;
• Maintain the daily cash position;
• Support month-end closing, responsible for AP, AR, GL, data entry, daily voucher and bank reconciliation;
• Responsible for petty cash payment, internal reimbursements and claims;
• Maintain proper accounting documentation;
• Ensure data input in a timely and accurate manner;
• Assist in ad-hoc duties by management;
• Liaise with external auditor and other professional parties. 

 Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI Level 2 or above or related discipline;
• At least 2 years accounting experience;
• Proficient in MS Office (e.g. word, Excel & Chinese word processing);
• Good command both in Chinese and English;
• Able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills and being able to meet deadline;
• Experience in SAP system an advantage;
• Candidates with more experience will consider as Senior Accounting Officer; 
• Immediate available or with short notice is preferable.
