About the role
- Provide full spectrum of Talent management functions such as Talent acquisition and other Talent services including but not limited to maintenance of Talent data, resolving Talent management enquires in a professional manner
- Act as business driver to offer consultative and professional talent advices and solutions to other business functions heads on all Talent management related matters and market information updates
- Execute blended Talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top Talents that unify business goals and talent aspirations
- Assist section head in collaborating with business functions to drive business strategies and objectives by formulating new Talent Engagement practices, procedures and policies
- Assist in Talent Engagement initiatives and projects as assigned
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, Degree in HRM, Business Management or relevant discipline is an advantage
- Around 3-4 years of solid Recruitment/ Account Serving / HR Business Partner experience in sizable companies is preferred
- Proactive, quality-driver, organized, resourceful and a team player
- Excellent English and Chinese written and communication skills is a huge advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficient in MS Office applications
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer – Talent Services
