Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as the first contact point throughout the customer lifecycle, developing relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining a focus on driving business value from client onboarding through renewal.
• Provide regular status update to customers
• Enhance CRM to keep track of key account data, opportunities, logging calls and relevant notes.
• Coordinate customer training sessions as part of onboarding and ongoing product adoption.
• Act as a communications liaison between Business Team, Customer Success and Customers.
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating an understanding of their needs and assisting them to achieve objectives via our products

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• 1+ year Customer Service experience
• Candidate with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Customer Success Executive
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Words.
• Willing to learn, able to meet deadlines, and with good interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and with can-do attitude
