QUAD-TECH ENGINEERING (HONG KONG) COMPANY LIMITED was first established in 1984 and was successfully taken over by China Communications Construction Company Limited ("CCCC") in 2020. Since then, the company has been developed and operated comprehensively. During the four decades, it has grown and become one of the reputable building services contractors.

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma holder or above in computer related disciplines;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support and system administration;
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware components;
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issue;
• Experience with IT security practices and tools;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities;
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Good command in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

• To support of IT infrastructure and network configuration and maintenance of Switches, Routers, Firewalls & Access Points;
• To assist to monitor and manage the Head Office and project site office network;
• To manage the user accounts and internal system accounts (including emails, Windows System accounts, software installation and access right management);
• To undertake all in-house remote and onsite technical support, maintenance works, and computer services in hardware, software, network, systems, etc;
• To provide installation, configuration, upgrade, backup, and relocation of hardware such as PCs (with the proper application), printers, keyboards, scanners, etc;
• To provide IT support to any on-site visits/ projects as required;
• To perform daily system administration, operation, and data backup following the Group IT policy and procedure;
• To support and troubleshoot in audio/video conferences such as Tencent meeting, Microsoft Team and Zoom etc.;
• To perform ad hoc projects or duties as assigned by supervisor.
