Forest Hills Lab (FHL) is a dynamic biotech company headquartered in Hong Kong with two divisions comprised of Therapeutics and Aesthetics. FHL Therapeutics division is engaged in drug development for neuro-degenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases as well as traumatic brain injuries, including phase 1 and 2 clinical trials with the US FDA. FHL Aesthetics division is focused on manufacturing and distributing medical-grade aesthetics products such as HA fillers, skin boosters and meso serums, etc. Recently, FHL is also affiliated with an AI-digital application business for healthcare services, namely Embrace Healthcare Lab, and an innovative aesthetic clinic franchise platform, Dr. Kudos Lab. FHL and its affiliated companies are part of the portfolio companies under Mstone biotech platform which incubates and manages a number of bio-pharma companies in the US and Asia.
We are looking for a talented and passionate sales professional in FHL Aesthetics division with close synergies with other businesses under Mstone platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain good relationship with existing distributors, with emphasis on business expansion and performance enhancement
- Actively participate in new business development including: identifying new distributors, looking for relevant business opportunities, devising strategic plans, marketing analysis, etc
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and terms with distributors or other business partners
- Prepare regular sales forecast, reports and performance analysis
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, RA, finance and SCM teams
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree or above
- At least 10 years of working experience of relevant sales experience in China and APAC
- Medical aesthetics and/or medical device industry experience is preferred
- Hands-on sales and business development experience would be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong Interpersonal, diplomatic and negotiation skills in multicultural environment
- Excellent communication skill with strong business acumen
