What you will be doing:

• Develop & explore new customers and present Company’s product and service;
• Develop comprehensive proposals, tender submissions, quotations include technical solutions, commercial solutions, cost saving solutions, etc;
• Present, promote and sell products, solutions, services to existing and potential customers;
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
• Work with operations, finance, procurement, and other inside and outside resources to obtain customer commitment;
• Make required preparation for efficient project handover to Project Team;
• Understand business drivers and initiatives and identify value added for the customer.
• Liaise with contractors on site and to deal with technical issues and complaints.

Who we are looking for:

• High Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Business, Sales and marketing or related disciplines;
• At least 1 year of sales experience in ELV Project including CCTV/Access Control/ PA System/ Video Wall/AI/IoT/ICT/BMS is preferred ;
• Experience in handle infrastructure tender projects from E.g. Airport Authority, MTR, Transport Department, EMSD, Hospital Authority is an advantage; 
• Good Relationship with End-users, Consultants, Suppliers and Contractors;
• Excellent communication skills at different levels up to the management level;
• Strategic, objective focused and good problem-solving skills;
• Excellent rapport building skill, outgoing, presentable, friendly and sociable;
• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• More experience will be considered as Assistant Manager / Manager.
