Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Understanding: understand customer requirement as well as pain points related to products, including but not limit to IPRAN, IPCORE, DCN network etc. technical terminology, as well as selling portfolio for operator in terms of enterprise segment, home broadband segment.
- Solution Design: able to deliver the high level design of IP related domain, e.g. IPRAN, IPCORE, DCN, etc.
- Communication: Participate in customer relationship development: Support the establishment of organizational customer relationships, establish good relationships with technical customers, and be able to communicate with and guide technical customers.
- Attitude: strong self-driven willing to achieve the project target, which may lead to sacrifice some personal leisure time, and driven the team mates to cooperate together.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiar with IP protocol, such OSPF, ISIS, BGP, SRv6, VPN, etc.
- Be able to understand and apply solutions in the product domain and understand the advantages and disadvantages of mainstream vendors' products.
- Able to throw workshop presentation, be good at summarizing and transferring key messages, be able to smoothly communicate with customers on technologies, and guide advantageous products and solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in the field of Telecom, experience with international telecom vendors is highly preferred.
- Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications, electronic engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong Knowledge about radio access networks, including GSM-BSS, WCDMA-UTRAN, LTE, PS network & EPC, is a MUST.
- Knowledge of other telecommunications network products such as mobile core network, data and software products is an advantage.
- With commitment, sense of responsibility and an open mind to learn new concepts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills, self-motivated, aggressive and hard working.
- Able to read, modify, negotiate commercial contract with corresponding experience.
- Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent.
- Proficiency in English & Chinese is a must, Mandarin is preferred.
